Can't remove former Clan Leader from Clan

Hello,

So, The Clan Leader of My Clan made a new account because he couldn't access the email he used for his original account. He has abandoned his old account and is actively using his new account. 21 Days have passed, and Since I was the Deputy, I became The Clan Leader Today.

Now, we want to remove his old account to make room for a new member, but for some reason, I'm not given the option to do so. I thought it was because maybe because we switched Roles, me becoming the clan leader, and his old account becoming deputy, so I made his new account deputy as well. Still, I cannot remove his old account.

Any help would be appreciated. I want to get this done before he logs on next, as I am passing the Clan Leader role back to him.

Edit: I posted screenshots. See the 2nd screenshot does not give me the options for ROLES or REMOVE.

I was going to say try again in 24 hours, possibly a lag in being able to kick after Role change? I know I was able to boot our clan creator but that was far after he handed over the role so idk for sure

First of all, have your old clan leader open a Support Ticket to get his old account restored.

If he doesn't want to do that, you'll need to open a Support Ticket to remove the old account.

Just throwing this out there but can you change his role from Deputy to Soldier?

If so try that and then try removing him.

Shouldn't be able to do that either. And the screenshot shows he can't, unfortunately.

Basically the system is like this so that the clan leader is automatically replaced due to inactivity (I think it is 21 days), but whomever is randomly assigned the position can't just then immediately kick the person who started the clan. It takes a few extra steps.

Yeah, I don't think he wants his old account anymore. He said it was because he couldn't access the email he used for it, and that was while he was using the original account. So, he made a new account and abandoned the old one.

I'll ask him to create a ticket, thank you.
