I think I'd probably take Trunda to 60 next. The waveclear damage should help a bunch. Tayrel is also a good choice, though.

Btw im F2P, I just got gorgorab as well  also geo, kael, apothecary,and skull crusher are fully booked

Trunda to 60, then your best defense and finally a support champion to help you round out your first usuable team. Trunda is more than capable of playing HP/attack in the long run. Geo is great when fully booked and armored as well but Tayrel will be more realistic for today.

after trunda I think i want to go tayrel, unless you get a better defense down option in the meantime. then we can re-evaluate, perhaps Apo. eventually we're going Geo for a good chunk of content (including CB) and Skullcrusher/Sepulcher for CB. 

But for that we're gonna want to get on the higher level dungeon grind because it's going to take a ton of gearing to get all that running. We're going to want to be hyper efficient with our upcoming 60s to do that.
