I just tried entering my prime promo code again after giving my account a day to catch up and genbo still isnt in my inbox. I waited a few hours today as well and tried my promo code again but it says that I have already collected.

I also applied for the drop, and being a very very old gamer i thought i might have mucked it up as i also have not received him, though i saw a note to check my mail, but that it wont happen quickly. However during the process i received the messgae game having issues and then it froze. Look forward to a succesful mail drop in the future
