Update: Genbo Prime Code Issues
You should be able to enter your Prime Code now and get your Genbo. I have tested this and it works.
Please post below if you have any issues from this point, and we'll work through them together!
A few steps:
1) Check your inbox and make sure there isn't a Genbo hiding in there, which can happen if you were one of the ones who got yourself into the Prime processing queue last night
2) If you don't have one in your Inbox, go snag the code again and reenter it into the Promo Code section. This is what I did and it worked just fine, and I am seeing literally hundreds of reports of it working now.
3) If you still don't have it, know that the servers are still catching up, give it a couple hours and try again. And if you got an error code, here is what you need to do, from Plarium directly: If you fulfilled all the Prime Gaming requirements necessary to receive the personalized Promo Code but entering it resulted in an error, the pack will automatically arrive into your Inbox during the following few days.

4) After redeeming your code, getting an error and waiting a couple days, if you are still having trouble as of Monday Feb 6th, please DM me your UM# here in the DMs here on the Forums. If it is already in this thread, please when you DM me, tell me you have already posted it here in the thread and save me some work and time. Everyone who is supposed to get one will get one, but this process isn't going to be instantaneous. I have to collect all of your info, get it over to the Devs, and then they have to start going through the list.
