Best debuffer options for potion keeps?

Soon I'll need to build a debuffer to help clear potion keeps. I'm able to do up to lvl 13 fine, but my next set of Missions to Arbiter are almost certainly going to ask me to go higher.

I don't have any legendaries with remove/steal buffs as a skill, so the following appear to be my only options:

1. Genbo the Disappeared

Pros:

- Two A1 attacks

- Decrease buff time on A2

Cons:

- Low debuff rate (30% unbooked)

2. Mistrider Daithi

Pros:

- High debuff rate (50% unbooked)

Cons:

- Single A1 attack

3. Ogryn Jailer

Pros:

- Debuff with A1

- Steal with A2

- High debuff chance

- Easy to book

Cons:

- Might get squishy at higher levels

I still have some decent Relentless gear I can use on any of these to help increase the number of attacks and therefore debuff chances, but that will mean relying more on RNG.

Of course, I could also wait for another champ to come along, but that might not be the most sensible policy, and any of the above would likely be useful for Faction Wars anyway.

There is no reason why you shouldn't bring Daithi and Genbo to the magic keep. Daithi is a great champ for decrease def on all enemies, Genbo a viable damage dealer to clear the waves. They both bring something additional to the buff stealing to the table.

Ogryn Jailer doesn't. His low base hp make him hard to keep alive in faction wars. As a jailer, he fits perfect to guard your vault.
