yay, finally got what I asked for but still not sure if I'm going to use Vlad. 

Kind of a weird space for him in that I can't see myself ever wanting to build him for damage and his debuffs outside of FW, maybe Doom Tower to mess around. I think he'll be pretty nice for the vast majority that have vaulted him, though.

Errol however looks a lot more fun. Almost wish I had one. :)

Minority report from my side: Vlad is less useless than he was before with this "buff". 

His A3 was a double hit on a single target before. He was very versatile, either AoE with tm-reduce from his A2 or a destructive single target hit with his A3. His A3 was a special move, only a few champs can deal such a strong single target hit that sets up it's own decrease def debuff before hit no. 2. There are plenty of situations where I don't want to use an AoE skill. Mortuu-Macab in Stoneskin on the enemy team, or Vogoth on the enemy team, or Seeker on the enemy team. After this change, there is only his A1 left for such situations, wich is much weaker than his double hit A3.

Basically they turned Vlad from a damage dealer into a control champ. That's no improvement for me.
