I'm not sure if I'll be able to clearly describe what I'm thinking.  This would be very helpful to us old farrs with bad eyes that have trouble following the action and deciphering exactly what is happening, especially in arena.

An option to advance go auto, but only one champs turn at a time.  Then the action would stop and the next champ would I be highlighted.

I can do this now, but only for my champs, not the enemy.  I go manual until my next champ is highlighted, then tap auto and immediacy go back to manual.  The action stops tha next time one of my team gets a turn.

Enemy champs may get 4 or even more turns before my next turn.  The hardest part is figuring out whose turn it is when a champ takes a turn there may be counter attacks, ally attacks, etc., from sets, accessories, masteries, skills, etc.  it can seem bewildering to old farts.  

This would stop action on each actual turn, allowing me to determine how many actions are precipitated on just one actual turn.
