Apothecary does critical healing, so I presume he needs a high critical rate.
However, what does the actual healing element scale off when critical? Is it ATK%, CD%, HP%? Or is it just a roll on crit rate itself?
it doesn't scale off of anything. it increases the heal by 50%, bringing it to 52.5% unbooked and ~60% when booked.
i wouldn't go so far as to say he "needs" a high crit rate. it's certainly helpful, but not really essential the way it is on someone like alure.
Apothecary is going to work best for you right now at 100% CR, high speed and decent survivability stats (HP and Def). Focus on HP, good speed and high CR to start and he'll shine. :)
