Brogni for sure, I would nogt book scyl at all

Yep, brogni wants his A3 fully booked 100%, and definitely doesn't complain about A2 books either.

I agree with the crowd here, and want to double up on what Trips said. Scyl is a last priority booking. Her passive is the big thing you need. 

Must be the whales point of view. A "new" account, that gets Scyl at day 180, will probably use her everywhere and is very happy with the increased chance to stun (from 20% to 35%) and tm-reduce (from 30% to 50%). The fact, that Scyl's passive is so good is no reason not to book her.

I agree with everybody here that Brogni has priority, but I don't see any reason why Scyl shouldn't be booked right after him.

No whale, just completed vast majority of content in the game over the past two years and I've used booked/unbooked Scyl. 

Legendary books are valuable and there are almost always going to be better places for them to go. :)

It's possible we have no other champions and can look at booking her, sure. She's still not a first priority booking.

On the flipside, a "new" account won't have many books to spend. And while I don't disagree that Scyl *could* bring value, I also wouldn't necessarily say she *will*. It depends entirely on who else is available.

Personally, I used Scyl a fair amount, but never booked her.

I would also book brogni first. But also booked scyl and didn't regret
