It was a while ago they sort of addressed this by introducing the trade in and buy one from the token trader, however it didn't really address the dupe issue but was seen as ok

You mean allow the peasants to trade their trash dupes for legit champs they want? That will make 10x events obsolete and cost Plarium a lot of money.
I know they said refreshes would be infrequent, but now that it has been over a year it's probably time. Infrequent refreshes still allow Plarium to make their money while keeping the feature at least marginally relevant.

No, just Pareto principle, 80/20 rule etc. RNG is what drives the money in gacha games. You take that out, you're practically letting players target specific champs. I would be very surprised if they allowed the rotation on a regular basis....pleasantly surprised.

I remember enjoying books before college burned out my desire to read. Fun fact, I picked Kael as my starter because of the Dark Elf Trilogy...I know, nothing too fancy, but boy did I enjoy them.
