Hi everyone!  Got some questions about FK and TM control.

1) Alure is supposed to decrease the TM by 25% for each Crit Hit.  her CR is 106%.  FK21 keeps resisting her TM control!  I don't get it.  Is ACC actually required?

2) I'm trying to get to FK25 for the Ramantu mission.  I have Alure, Visix, Coldheart, Fatman and Lyssandra.  I should be able to blow through FK21, but He keeps resisting every attempt to decrease his TM.  I know I need more ACC on Visix, but even with that, she gets FK20 TM decrease about 60% of the time.
