did not explain my Q right.
lets say i have a chump that is maxed out on everythhing
level, rank, booked up, asended etc etc... enchanted all that stuff, masteries
is that as strong as they are gonna git, or does playing them make a difference
need to know, as i am stuck between levels 13 to 16 or so in the game
cant make up any ground to git better suff
if that is all, then no point playing anymore
most of your champs power will come from the artifacts he is equipped with.
And naturally, there are some champs being more powerful than others, having better abilities and stats...
You can post a picture of your maxed champ and we can have a look at it and tell you how you can improve him

No direct improvement. In a certain matter, grinding makes your champs really strong, as it gives you the artifacts to make them powerfull.
When the threadstarter is stuck between 13 and 16 in dungeons with fully leveled and ascended champs, they don't have the right gear.

I agree completely. The issue here is gear and grinding is the way to get better gear. I was just trying to give op a direct answer to their question,
