Are you following the setup with proper delays for NM?

of course. i try several times following the deadwoodjedi page says. i can 100% sure not wrong here.

Masteries all line up on your champs? No positive affinity stun target? HP/DEF ratios are correct? True speeds line up? 

It sounds like you've checked most of if not all of these things, just double checking though.

Put someone in Faction Guardians?

master all well, i don't change the master of painkeeper from the start. it work well, no tm change.

stun target is not the problem, i try today with clan boss magic affinity, the stun target is spirit affnity. the same reuslt, painkeeper always run fast at 4 round , and stun target die at 11 round.

hp/def ratio is good at unm, i think it should work at nm too.

the whole line is strictly following the guide of deadwoodjedi.

this set work well in unm, 2 key. 

but never work in nm.

Could you post what sets you're using/builds? It's gotta be something we can solve here.

the most recent team i use for unm, play well.  problem is this team not well in nm

hmm, so it looks like the true speeds should line up and be synced assuming you are going this on NM:
