Suddenly I have over 27,000 points.  My plans are changing on the fly.  There isnt much that I actually need.  I think blessings will be high on my list and maybe books.

I probably erred in going thru epic book (zero value), but 4star chicken also zero value and I was looking for cheapest path to both lego books if I don't open blues/purples.... just running dungeons for 6000 points....

Now when I change my mind and blow 100 blue later today....then the few voids I have left tomorrow and am shard broke again... lol

I have decided to run the left path for the soul stone and down the middle for the barrel.  I will branch out and grab odds and ends if I have enough points.  I am behind on soul stones and the barrel will save me a lot of energy grinding a champ from 6-1 to 6-60.  

I was deciding to start with left or right branch.  I was going to take energy at the top.  Then noticed that 30 gems will buy 98 energy so that branch is the best for most to start out.  

Its been an easy and fun event.  The 2x shard pulls were a nice bonus that Plarium gave us for this.  

Did you allready take the stuff? I'm sure a 5* chicken saves more energy than a barrel.

It's up to you, but I think you should value the barrel much, much lower than a legendary book.

I have 40 lego books.  I may regret it but the barrel looks good to me for now .  

Well, with 40 leggo books you cannot even fully book 3 champs....and you will have not many other options to get a leggo book.

A barrel is just a short cut...you get portions of the barrel every day from CB or could substitute for energy. There is just no substitution for books.....but your choice,,,

I was taught that I dont need to book that many Lego champs.  Because rare and epic books are plentiful more of those champs get booked.  Maybe, books are over rated to some extent.  

You get what you need most. I went for the 5* chicken, because that's what I need most right now. No point getting something I might not need for another year or two, especially when I'm likely to get them in other ways during that time anyway.

Advice to hold on to multiple dozens of legendary books while you're struggling in content and using unbooked legendaries is poor advice.

Looking at the recent Fusion champs even, I fully booked Morrigaine, Ukko and Bivald... and will be booking Rat King this CvC.

If I'm using champs actively and have the books, I book them. It makes all the content you do with those champs quicker, and in the case of Hydra, much much less RNG frustrating.

Rat seems worthy of books.  I am undecided on Ukko.  Thanks for the input.  

Ukko is a slam dunk book option. Great in Hydra, Arena, Faction Wars, definitely usable in Doom Tower too. Not booking him is a mistake.

who do you have that you feel would be a better use of your books? ukko is certainly worth investing in, so the only reason not to book him would be if you had other champions who are a higher priority.

I like to keep some books in reserve for the next godlike fusion.
