What stage? Up to about 15, you can pretty much just nuke it from orbit. After that, you need HP burn. 

This 15 but it just takes too long to farm and im not comfortable with moving on with this without defeating this stage more efficiently.

you have a few champions who might be able to help. armiger is great for spider and husk's a2 would probably be able to shave some time off your runs, but balltazer is right. you're hitting the point where you really want to use hp burn for spider. how close are you to getting drexthar?

aside from that, i suspect part of what's holding you back are build issues among your champions. looking at deliana as an example, her three most important stats are hp, accuracy, and speed, all of which are extremely low. in contrast, her crit rate, crit damage, and attack stats are all far too high. crit rate and damage aren't really important on a support oriented champion like deliana and attack is quite literally useless for her since her damage scales off of hp.
