Dont work on another champ until you have at least 1 or 2 at level 60.  I'd start with kael to 60 if i were you , then get his masteries , rare books and decent gear(lifesteal starter gear is a good option) 

Then use him to farm more food champs , to get more lv60 .

I would agree with stopping everything until kael is 60. He will be useful for a long time ie campaign farming more food and for cb as well.

I would not invest anything into Nobel.

I would probably 6 star Ronda after kael but not book her. I would bring high khatun up to level 50 and stop there for the time being.

I would stick all the epics as well as Nobel into my vault for the time being and ignore them all, as well as painkeeper.

Everything else I would consider food.

While leveling up food with my kael I would farm warmaiden, and keep farming her until I have enough copies to use to full book her and bring her up to level 50 for the time being.

After kael and Ronda are 60, and hk and wm are 50 I would revisit to see what new champions I have gained and where to go next.

Second post edit: I would also just buy my first set of full masteries for kael with 800 gems, you have opened the gem mine and fully leveled it?

I would probably also farm a copy of spirit host as well as enough dupes of her to book while food farming. Brining her to level 40 after you have leveled the others I mentioned.
