I noticed a couple of weeks ago there was "half-cost" artifact removal for a couple of days. My question is, does this happen on a regular interval (ie, last/first weekend of a month), or is it something that happens randomly and irregularly? Just that I need to update artifacts on a few champions due to getting better runes over the past couple of weeks, and would rather wait for any such half-cost opportunity if it comes up. :)
