I saw a video on YouTube where the use lady kimi and skull lord and auto run it after a few turns to set it up I'll have to track it down For you 

I run brutal on auto without shamael (I don't have him), it normally gets a 1 key but sometimes fails and has to be rerun. I use dreng, mithrala, ukko, duchess, Venus, ninja.  Ninja does the most damage and tends to die and be picked back up a lot which helps to stop him being eaten. It occasionally goes wrong due to terrible ai not targeting heads that have the eaten champ.

I think full auto is tough for brutal/NM.  Most teams ive seen have acrizia (sp?).  If your willing to run auto while manually targeting when champs eaten you have some more flexibility... unfortunately the AI is not helpful.  My best was 25 million on NM auto, next run was 6.  Then 10... that was a couple rotations ago though, haven't bothered with auto since. I can get to top chest in less than 30 minutes on 1st try for NM now. 

Gonna bump this once more, just to see if anything new has come up. Any teams that don't use either Duchess or Shamael?

I've seen a few NM auto with neither.  I can copy/paste a few for you.  Most require relentless/reflex.  This easiest rotation by far.  Assuming u have Nekmo/husk(2?)/uugo, no Acrizia/krisk/supreme galek?

Correct on all of the above. Are the teams rotation-specific?

I'm thinking without having EVERYONE, they are going to be rotation specific and possibly not 100%.  When someone posts a team and says full auto, it may not be 1st attempt.  I've got my NM runs down under 30 minutes to hit 1key 1st try, so haven't tried auto in a while. 

I'm thinking artak will finally bump dreng from my A team, and I will be closer to auto.  

The targeting is so bad an auto, even with skill prioritization it's gonna be at best 50% efficiency of a manual run.

Is Tuhanarak an option?  Her combined with a team setup that makes the Fear the only debuff works quite well I find.  Some combination of block debuffs, increase Res, decrease Accuracy, Kantra.

No Duchess either? That's tougher.

Can you use Tuha and Tatura? Are they an option?

No Tuha. I do have any number of Doompriests, though I've found her very sub-standard for Hydra. My current three teams (lead first) are:

Nightmare: Nekmo/Maulie/Mithrala/2x Geo/Uugo (100% consistent)

Brutal: Ukko/Truath/Ratbomber/Dreng/Kimi/Bivald (Requires occasional restart)

Hard: Razel/Uugo/2x Husk/Doompriest/Tyrant (Still very much in flux)

Notable champs that I've experimented with on these teams:

Rotos, Mortu, Pythion, Boragar, Wythir, Brogni, Sigmund, Ninja, Arbiter, Kymar, Helicath, Lydia, BEK, Elenaril, Ruel, Nari, Versulf, Gurptuk, Thea, Skarg, Abbess, Saito, Rae, Martyr, Aniri, Sandlashed, Ursula (the epic, not the lego), Umbral, Drath, Royal Guard

Other champs I haven't used/built yet, but may be of value:

Hurndig, Holsring, Deliana, Urost, Tatura, Salad, Morrigaine, Goffred, Visix, Angry, Corvis, and who knows how many others

I use Shamael on my top 2 teams. I'm even considering building a 3rd. That torment head is just too annoying to deal with, and I find that relying on veil instead is just more complicated (mainly because of relentless sets that can easily outrun the veil). 

Are you saying that after all this time you still havent pulled a single Shamael? Or is it that you'd prefer not building or using one?

Ouch on both... though I just pulled my first RG last month, crazy bad luck on those voids.  Wasn't shammy a guaranteed at one point?

Eta: haven't found a full auto with your full exclusion list.  Who do you currently have in relentless hydra build?

Whoever - the only person I have who must remain in relentless is Jintoro for CB. Otherwise, I can swap gear around. Right now I have one of my Husk in Relentless (other is in Provoke), along with Truath.

I just tried my regular NM on auto, just painful to watch husk attack wraith instead if decay with A1... among the other 99 cringe worth decisions lol.

I hate watching that. I end up always taking the runs off auto. 😭

I dont use duchess on brutal anymore, i run my best team on the harder difficulty

Brutal i run marichka, razelvarg, michinaki, uugo, brogni and rector. It usually does 50m or so on auto, but it maybe needs resetting one in ten times. 

Razelvarg does by far the lion share of the damage. He has become a hidden gem despite the modest gear and my substandard build he does a tonne of damage.

If you end game guys build him properly he will do even more (my build below). If i was to rebuild i would skip the accuracy and get more crit damage on him.. Really cannot recommend this guy enough.

Guessing no Marichka for Kram :) But I'm guessing he has a couple different combos that will auto brutal, NM I am not so sure
