The only chest you'll get decent rewards from on a regular basis is the transcendent chest, and from that you got a shard and a book, which isn't brilliant but about average, if clan boss rewards and rng is why you're quitting then this game isn't for you

I make these posts only to draw the attention of those who more than likely have decreased the drop rate at clan boss, for 2 weeks I have only received 3 blue shards and 1 epic book at unm, it is not an average rate, it is much lower, and yes I believe that the game became quite annoying due to these low rates to get access to a good hero

Lol, by definition, 50% of all pulls are below average. 50% of all runs are below average. 50% of all accounts even over the life of the account, are below average. You are whining, very loudly, that your rather short run, is below average.
Thats like whining that you are only 5'7", when the average height is 5'8".
