It is rng.  I recorded cb rewards every single day for 8 months.  You can see the dry spells as well as the lucky periods.

same observation, for several weeks the shard drop rate has been very low. 

I just got a sacred today. Do you have a table where you wrote down the outcome you and your clanmates got the last month? Or is it just the same random rant thread of "I can't remember when I got the last sacred. Has to be at least a month." that occurs here in the forum all the time?

No, the drop rate is the same.  It's you luck that is low.

all the colleagues in the clan have the same problems, and I don't think it's just luck, so we wouldn't play anymore 

if the game is based only on luck, no one would play anymore, shards and cards have dropped very rarely in recent weeks 

For you.  The expecteds are unchanged.  It is only your observed that varies.  If you play poker, and you haven't personally drawn a full house in the last 1000 hands, that doesn't mean someone has stacked the deck or is dealing off the bottom.

C'est  saoulant que chaque fois que certains remontent soit le peu de shard obtenu au boss de clan ou bien le taux derisoire d 'avoir un epique ou legendaire "valable" lors des divers boost et invoquations.

à chaque fois la reponse est la meme de la part de quelques personnes du forum genre.

For info I recorded my drops from CB over a period of about 40 days until early December- I got 21 sacred shards, 22 lego books, 15 void shards and 20 epic books. 

So i was very lucky over that period - last 10 days or so, I think one lego book and no sacreds. So there you go.
