Hi!

I have the character Hope, and the description of his second skill says: Increse the duration of buffs on all allies by 1 turn. Places a Shield buff ... etc

I have tried, but it does not increase the duration of any buff on any ally. In the description it doesn't seem there are any restrictions on the type of buffs it can affect, so something doesn't work.

The description is incorrect, the skill does not work, or I am missing something.
