There is a guy claiming that plarium transformed his email which was fake, and a changeable email! And his acount is late game!

There are several checks Plarium uses to verify accounts before Support is willing to change account information. Your account is secure, as long as you use Two Factor as per Plarium's recommendations.
If you're asking about a bought or sold account, that is against Terms of Service, and at any point such accounts can (and have) been permanently suspended by Plarium.

As long as you have 2 factor security enabled, your account is perfectly safe. And Support is not "exchanging" people's accounts.
