Give them cash or your cc info. That's about it I suspect. Or, im not sure this is permitted, they turn their account over to you and you make the purchases. I don't think there is really any other way.

You can always buy them a gift card for Google Play or Apple's equivalent, which'll let them use the money to buy Raid stuff.
