Don't ask me what I was doing very early game. These are all the non trash champs.

Ninja's worth booking. I'd probably hold off on booking Ronda for now, until you get the rest of your team together.

I agree that Ninja is worth booking. But do it not now. Books, due to a change in the game (I remember your thread that you came back to Raid after a year) do now count for champion training events. Wait until such an event starts until you use your books. Booking a legendary should give a bunch of extra points.

I believe they count most in cvc.  Book in cvc if you can.  They now also count in tourneys, but NOT in events if I'm correct. .

So, 

cvc with training Tourny, best

cvc no Tourny, second

tourny no cvc, third

bla, bla, bla, wasting points

Books contribute for champ training events/tourneys, yes.

Only training tourneys. Events are still just leveling/ranking up. 

For maximizing value purposes you can wait until CvC next Tuesday or the Champ Training tourney that's in ~11 days or so.

That said, a 60'd and booked Ninja will be great for PvE progression. Waiting does have some cost built into it, especially if you don't care about CvC since you'll be waiting for a little while.

nope. :) she can function quite well without books in most content. her passive is where she really shines.
