Help me decide who to 6*...please.

Hoping that the community could help me decide who I should 6* next.  I have not had great luck as of late with summoning, so I know I am kind of looking for guidance of the most promising or best with what is there.   I have a few void shards and a couple sacred shards, but am probably holding those till a double event.

My short list is the following: Fellhound, Dreng, Jorrg, Magnarr, Genbo, Zargala, or Orn

But I might be completely overlooking someone great...so I am open to ideas.

Thank you in advance and I look forward to your thoughts.

Fellhound first. He will be your campaign farmer for 12.3 brutal, making other champs lvl 60 much faster. A well equiped Fellhound can do 12.3 brutal in 6 secons, one shot per wave.

How do you want to upgrade a champ actually? Do you have 5 rank 5 chickens? I don' see any rank 5 champs that should be sacrificed and I heavily recommend not to use your ascended champs that are lvl 50 right now.

A farmer would be nice. I hear Ronda makes a good starter, but ultimately, your first order of priority is someone who can solo 12-3 on Brutal.

Thank you for that feedback.  Currently Kreela has been my farmer.  She can solo 12-3 on Brutal.  Maybe not the fastest, but not terribly long either.

Your fastest Solo farmer will be Fellhound.  6-7 seconds.  All three you mentioned will be valuable in other areas.  You also need better artifacts. A team that can handle Dragon 20 should also be a priority, each of the others will be effective there.  In the end, it depends on what your next objective is.  Do you want better artifacts or levelling champs?  Dreng is a good choice for D20, Fellhound for Campaign farming

My vote is to start building out your D20 team. Kreela can handle farming for now, I wouldn't bring Fellhound up just yet. My vote for said D20 team:

  • Coldheart (boss killer)
  • Bystophus (debuffer)
  • Jorrg (reviver, buffer)
  • Kreela (wave clear) - if you're finding this team can't survive, swap her out for Dreng
  • Genbo (wave clear)

I'd probably add Giscard for control and buffing....very underrated Epic, IMO.

Any thoughts on Melga Steelgirdle?

Any thoughts on Melga Steelgirdle?

Great for dwarf FW. Absolutely eclipsed by Jorrg everywhere else.

How long does Kreela take there?

I'm leaning taking a dedicated farmer to 6 here, but would love to know how long those runs take with Kreela.

The campaign farm runs usually are around a minute.  That is with Kreela and then the rest is food.

I'd definitely try for a nuker who can run campaign. Again, I vote Ronda.

Husk is also a useful champ with his control, and at later stages - nukes.

Why in the world would you want to use Ronda for campaign farming? She has one AOE attack on a 5-turn cooldown (unbooked). There is no way she is going to be farming quickly - especially since I bet she needs to run up and slap them, which makes her animation even slower.

Same goes for Husk.

If you want a campaign farmer, you go with Fellhound. If you want one who can also help in dungeons, you stick with Kreela.

Also - unrelated, but I'm going to revisit my original suggestion. Drop Coldheart from the team and add Orn.

Haha.  I appreciate the revisit.

I am a huge Coldheart fan, but I have kinda come to the conclusion that her as a 6* would be more niche than beneficial as well.

I have been torn about Orn...though I think his poison might be beneficial for the upcoming dungeon.

Ghrush has been a big piece of a lot of my teams up until now, but not sure he adds a lot as i move up.

Magnarr and Jorrg have been considerations...but i just need to get lucky and pull another decent obvious top tier.  Fingers crossed.

Because she can also help in other content, because I think she can run the campaign faster (figure she'd have a better chance to one-shot campaign monsters), and because she'll complement Kreela's ally attack.

You have some great champs, I don't think you should wait for more lucky pulls. Start building a Dragon team to get better gear.

I'm not sure what affinity Dragon 20 is, but I'll tell you towards that level, the waves will start getting harder than the Dragon itself, so control champs will go a long way. But maybe not quite yet.

Ghrush may also come in useful, if you have a hard time staying alive, but I wouldn't 60 him quite yet.

Dragon 20 is magic affinity, so not the best place for Grush. Or Orn, for that matter.

I was thinking Ghrush for heals in the meantime, doubt he can hang at 50 in Dragon 20.

For Magic affinity Dragon, I'd be eyeballing Husk for waves. Maybe not now, but around high teen levels.
