Looking at the Heavencast blessing, it looks like a great blessing for high ACC builds (Kymar, Serris, Valk etc.)
I do have a few questions, though:
1. Does Ignore Res work like Ignore Defense?
2. Does it work on all effects or just debufs? What about putting skills on cooldown, strip buffs, or decreasing turn meter?
Never mind, it's Default Skill only. Feels kinda niche.

Yeah I have it on Sandlashed, and I'll probably get it on Seeker for the same reason.

I am saving essences to get Crushing Rend on Husk. He has Cruelty for now. I pulled a 6* soul for Madame, got excited until I realized it's only A1.

I have a 3* Soul on Nia, might use Heavencast, although she won't benefit from that ATK buff.

I might pick a different blessing were it me, just because Heavencast isn't bringing a lot of stats helpful to her..... although if you really need that Dec Speed, and are counting on it landing, I guess you can argue it is bringing 20-30 or so accuracy to that A1 at 3 stars.
I personally might use Faultless Defense, especially if she's in my Clan Boss or Doom Tower teams. This helps her further defray damage against CB AoE (when he's affinity he hits 4 times), as well as against those hard hitting DT waves.
Commanding Presence might be another I'd look at if you don't have Intimidating Presence on many of the teams you use her in. :)

Yeah, Cruelty is a placeholder, just so he can provide some utility in the meantime....exactly because Crushing Rend is useless for the first 5 stars. He's on level 4, I have enough to cover lvl 5, but by the time another split soul shows up on the market, I should have enough for the 6th. I had enough, but got tempted with Soul Reap for Candy....worth it.

I want to use her in Hydra team to keep cycling Geo's A3, figure between Shamael boosting his TM and Nia refreshing his skill, I should have those noodles crispy the entire time. So Decrease Speed should come in handy, my Krisk is in another team.

Decrease Speed is such a good debuff for Hydra, even as a single Target. On my Morrigaine team I just slow down Decay first and then go down the line from there. lol

Yeah, My Var Gall is a bit slow, so slowing down Decay is a must right now. I hope Nia is up to the task. And with Ignore RES + Maxed ACC in GH, I won't have to look for too much accuracy. She'll be like a mini Krisk for B-team.

Will do, I'll try to build her up this CvC. So far Geo, Shamael, Lydia, Nia, Var Gall......probably Oboro, with Lydia's Strengthen, Var Gall is not a guaranteed Mischief Tank.
