 Also, just in my humble experience, getting from Silver 4 to Gold 1 was a huge pain. I ended up having to refresh using gems and picking off the 1 man / weak defense teams until I hit G1. 

On a brighter note, for some strange reason, once you get into Gold it's not as big of a pain. I went from Gold 1 to Gold 2 in about 3 hours. 

For my account, G2 is where I'll be for a while. I have the Champions / Gear to maintain but once I get up into the top end I can't compete.  

Is Roster a list of the team I have now doing my Battles? And then builds is for artifacts and champions with skills and affinity? 

Another issue I have is that some of the language that is used to describe some things in the game are hard for me to understand. There's just so much!

roster is another name for your collection. knowing who you're currently using would be helpful, but to give accurate advice we really need to know everyone you have available to you at the moment.

And "the build" means what artifacts they are wearing, what their stats are and what masteries they have. 

I have a whole bunch of champions though which is another problem. How do I post photos or a list on here? Screenshots or something?
