so when the game crashes (again and again) I get an error message after the login (after the commercials) that asks me, if I want to send an report.

the thing is, when the app notices, that my game crashed, why do I not get the energy refunded ?

cause smart as it is programmed, the energy is paid and than it starts to load the dungeon level. but it is during the loading when it crashes.

does player exsperience count anything for you ? cause this is no good experience.

so no matter the reason why it crashes, why do I not get the energy refunded ? why is the energy paid in advance ? why not as part of a fully loaded level (u need energy to start it, but it is paid after u r actually in the level). so you have 2 options to solve this issue, feel free to do it.

cause its not like there is a shitty event running, where I need the energy to try get a hero that just doesnt wanna drop since 4 days (yea, 4 days the same dungeon...what fun this game is)
