If you are so incompetent that you can't test every aspect of a new  champion before it's release, then leave things alone.

There are several rares that are better than epics and even legendaries.

There are plenty of people who have crap luck with summons and don't have a bunch of great champs. That one great rare may be the best thing they have and you're just gonna take it away. 

STOP with the nerfs already!! Test something before you drop it, or leave it alone!!
