He's fine to good, just going to be outclassed a bunch by other options in non FW. I do like the idea of him for FK20/24, though. 

Seems solid in FW, but toxic/poisons don't make much sense to me on a champ who decreases turn meter with those just competing against each other. 

If you think of poisons as the primary source of damage, it doesn't. But the number of poisons on the target dictates how much defense he gets to ignore, and reducing the target's turn meter helps him stack more of them.

I think I'd rather just stack damage in non toxic on him but I'm curious to see how that pans out.

No, I wish. I have a soul waiting for him, too. I have Genzin, Tomoe, Kinagashi, Kunoichi, Hotatsu, and Genbo. I'm thinking of putting Toxic on Genzin since he goes off a lot. Just need to see if I have enough accuracy in my Toxic sets since Genzin is my only debuffer. 

Just as an aside, Toxic (along with all other item-related effects) does not require accuracy, and is not susceptible to weak hits.

I know, but Genzin is my Decrease Defense debuffer, so he needs at least enough to get me through waves. 

Just beat Shadowkin 21, and yes, I think Fenshi is underrated as a damage dealer. He is good!!!

i've pulled 2 over the past month and fed both, just started wondering if i should have kept one... opps. i needed the 4 star food.

@Stryker178 In general unless you're far into the game progression wise you should be keeping at least one copy of epics and almost certainly using dupes to fill out Faction Guardians first.
