Stacking poison
When the poison proc from a skill ticks can that also start a new Toxic debuff? Or can you only apply Toxic from a skill hit?

as far as i observed skills that do not damage target and just apply debuff (like outlaw monk poison) do not proc toxic set.
my grappler (rare spirit skinwalker) wearing toxic set - soul sizzle skill often lands 3 poison debuffs on CB (so it gets set + skill triggered)
