I don’t own Robar.

Based on my limited knowledge of the game, I believe the answer to your first question is NO.

Robar first skill is a Coin Flip 50% chance.

I believe the Stun Set doesn’t stack on top of the skills 50% chance.

I believe the Stun Set will only give you a 2nd Coin to Flip.

The opponent monster will have to dodge 2 Coin Flips Basically.

I believe the answer to your second question is YES.

The text on the skill says if the debuff is successfully placed.

It doesn’t really say from the Skill specifically.

The above answer I gave on this thread was back in June.

The answer I gave was correct at the time.

Robar use to get additional turns if his skill proc a stun or if a stun artifact proc a stun.

However, The game did nerf this several months later.

Short Version on why they nerfed Robar:

Players complained that Robar's were running rampant in Arena.

Players began gearing Robar's with Stun Artifacts which caused an extra surge of the Stuns to go off!

Dozens of Players made threads complaining & showing Robar's hitting several times in a row like Machine Guns. lol

1 thread had a Video of Robar hitting a team with like 8 extra turn's.

The guy in the video was Peeved off, but as a neutral observer I can tell you.

It was pretty freaking hilarious.

Guy's team got mow down to death by Robar doing so many Extra Turns. lol

Listening to a growing group of angry Raid players, The game decided to nerf Robar by removing the ability for Robar to do extra hits if he lands a Stun via Stun Artifacts.
