Hello! It is true that the next set of events is planned for Friday, the 21st. 1.8 patch is still on its way, since we are yet to receive validation from Appstore. Hopefully, that won't take long. Still, can't provide you with any exact ETA, for now. Will sure keep you updated.

Why is it so hard to get help from support trying to report bugs and get a solution to problems ? 

So we've been told no events for 4 days and hinting that the update will be coming within that time frame. Would any mod like to give an update on how things are progressing and if we are still on track. Or if they could give a more accurate time. 

They are already off track. The update was supposed to be last week, they pushed it to this week, but now its pushed back even more and now they are saying next week if all goes to plan. 

So its all as usuall, expect the update (which will disappoint everyone anyway) 'soon' 😂🤣😅

Honestly, i'm suprised someone still believe to "coming soon" and gets hyped ... after all this, i will think about it, when it comes to the game and then after 2 months, when they fix bugs, so we could play it, till then i will stay sceptical, because "coming soon" means 4 months +, so who knows :D

Glad to see you giving all these dreamers some hope.  Sadly, you do not fool me though.  I was thinking around Christmas time the patch would arrive, this would give Plarium enough time to throw more bundles at us and reap in some phat dolla dolla bill yo

What I have learnt during my customer service carrier is that you should never ever over promise and under deliver. Cheers

oh look, another day, no update. can we expect it by september? 

Another day of "words in the wind". This isn't the correct way for who has spend time and money in a game very bad supported.  R. I. P.  Raid.  Good work without my money. Clap clap clap. 

Mhh cant login, too. So the cloud problem seems to be back again.

As well as lost keys - did 1 CB fight, 2 keys were taken, probably due to a previous error when trying to start the fight, which seemingly was only an error on my end... :O

This must go down as one of the most promising games ruined by poor management...

Servers go down earlier today and absolutely no announcements anywhere about the reason. Terrible.
