WTF!?!?!?! This continues to happen. Select the boss. Boots me takes my key. WTF?!?! Compensation is required. Not some garbage compensation either on the game that's going to pay to win.

I lost 2 keys just today for the game crashing/freezing mid battle. Team mate had the same thing happen yesterday.


As a Clan Leader how can I make this up to my Clan mate? He will lose out on the rewards he rightly would have earned with those two keys.

Btw do you using any similar chempions with your Clan mate? Maybe some of them cousing this issue. And do you doing CB maually or on auto?

Ongoing issue that definitely needs to be addressed ASAP! Lost keys, energy, pvp tokens, pvp ranking. The fix and substantial reimbursement needs to happen very soon.

The newest patch should help a lot with this,, there will be co pensation coming soon for this issue too! :)

This happens to me all the time too. I lost easy arena points this event due to the game freezing. I lost about 80 crystals worth of energy from freezes while farming this weekend. Not to mention all the time lost spent rebooting the game.

Today, the game has been literally unplayable since this morning. I just get an error that says "Server Connection failed" with an option to retry or a link to support.

I thought the last patch was going to help with the disconnects. If this continues after the next patch I am moving on.

As previously stated by my fellow mod, please feel free to visit your store to update to 1.7.3.


Compensation has been announced but will be provided once they have completely resolved the issue, as they will be taking into consideration the duration of the problem.
