I'm almost completely sure that's not true. A Knight Chest is a Knight Chest, no matter where you acquire it from.

CB chest requirements are set up in a way that incentivizes you to switch to the next difficulty only when you deal enough damage to get the highest chest.

What Varest said. Loot variations in any chest with the same name will produce the same results.

As you can see in the picture below, I had a really good drop from the best chest available. I've had about 12 more chests of the same quality since then and the best I have received in one chest was two rare tomes and 10 XP brews, nothing to write home about. The chest quality only determines the minimum and maximum loot opportunity, and it nearly always steers towards minimum. If you happened to get really good loot in a lower tier chest, that was just down to luck.

Im hoping to get a reply and resolve to my issue. So i was in a clan with very poor activity .

Mostly battling easy clan boss level.

I myself have been able to reach highest chest with two keys on normal and warrior chest on easy with one key and Since it dies i get 2x.

So i did that and then i joined another clan before recieving this for claim..

So Why havent i recieved my gear and where Can i adress my issue.

If they mean that i forfeited that gear , then imo they Should still give me three keys back to use in my current clan.

The least They can do is a sign warning.

If u choose to leave the clan before recieving your chest you Will forfeit them.
