I would suggest one of the following two teams:

For the former team, your DPS will probably want to be either Rhazin or Fatman, not sure who will do the job better. For the latter team, you'll probably want both Rhazin and Fatman, except on red, where you'll probably need something like Rhazin and ... Catacomb Councilor? Maybe? Someone blue, to take the stun.

Do you think Minaya would work in place of High Khatun?  or do you need the constant speed boost like Apoth?

I wouldn't try swapping until you're very familiar with how the teams work. Personally I've never ran it so I can't comment, but those are really tricky to swap. Khatun does both speed and TM up, so at very least you're likely to need someone who boosts the exact same, with the same cooldown - or you'll need to adjust the tuning to reflect the changes.
