Hello! It is true that the game will be removed from the stores in the Chinese region before the end of May 2019.
There will be no update of the game after this point for the players, and as such, they will be unable to continue to play Raid until further notice.
It is our hope that we will be able to make Raid available again in the future in this area. We strongly recommend that Chinese players connect their accounts to Plarium IDs as soon as possible to make sure that the progress is safe and sound.
All you have to do is open your Profile and hit Connect to Plarium ID.
If your accounts are connected to Plarium ID, we will also be able to notify you directly via email in the event that Raid is back on the App Store and available to play.
Can you share information on why this is going on? Or is it "hush" information for now?Hello! It is true that the game will be removed from the stores in the Chinese region before the end of May 2019.

Probably becuase random loot is not allowed in China, you can only buy specific items like gems, silver. They're probably not making enough from that to continue in China.Cirilla said:

So is basically everything Plarium does against the rules in China? If so that would explain it! Seems like all they would need to do is take shards out of special offers and level packs, and implement a pity system to get back into that market. Hopefully if they implement a pity system for China that every other region will get it as well.
In December 2016, China's Ministry of Culture announced legislation which required "online game publishers" to publicly release from May 2017 onwards the "draw probability of all virtual items and services". When the law came into effect publishers complied, resulting in a variety of statistics being released which quantified the odds of Chinese players receiving different categories of item from each loot box, some of which were as low as 0.1%.[93] Other changes mandated by the new regulations required publishers to limit the number of loot box purchases any player can purchase in a day (including limiting the size of multiple loot box bundle packages), and requiring the publisher to giver more favorable odds to the player to get rare items with the number of loot boxes they have opened, effectively assuring a player of receiving a rare item by opening a fixed number of loot boxes.
The law also banned game publishers from directly selling "lottery tickets" such as loot boxes. In June 2017, Blizzard Entertainment announced that, "in line with the new laws and regulations", loot boxes in their game Overwatch would no longer be available for purchase in China. Players would instead buy in-game currency and receive loot boxes as a "gift" for making the purchase.
Ah, so that's why I often see the "mileage" system in such games. This system guarantees player will get legendary hero after making a certain amount of summons. After that the mileage meter goes to zero and starts filling again. So is basically everything Plarium does against the rules in China? If so that would explain it! I'm from Hong kong and still able to log in hours ago, but finds cannot access and shows: unfortunately, this content is not avaliable in your region. This "system-china-restriction" only for PRC or include Hong Kong. Is this a mistake?
Please email me for further information.
[email protected]The players above are correct. Hong Kong and Macau are not under the legal jurisdiction of the PRC for the purposes of those rules. They have separate tax, legal and court systems, trade, and even extradition treaties. (As can be witnessed by the recent HK protests).
This is not exactly a new piece of infirmation. Just shows how stupidly myopic Plarium is. If you are going to do something for legal reasons, maybe get a lawyer that actually knows what they are doing.
Anyway, since there is no basis for blocking this app from Hong Kong, I will be requesting Apple refund all money wasted on this without any notice that i was going to be blocked.
