Damage based on HP

I'm using Vrask and his damage is based on HP, so does that mean he does dmg based on how much hp he has during the fight or his max hp total?

His damage is based off of his max hp stat, similar to attack or defence this does not change.

Skill doesn't says damage based on max hp. There is skills which says so.

So dmg is based on hp - but more dmg if U have full hp or more dmg if U have less hp(lost hp)?

Just have to test.

I have vrask over 30k hp and deals very little dmg... is there something i'm missing about this heroes damage output, or does he not hit hard in general?

Champions damage multipiers on skills depends mostly on their class. Vrask is more tank-support, not damage dealer. Same for my Black Knight - he has a lot of HP, gives a lot of healing but he cant deal good damage in any build.

Well, I use Sir Nicholas and his damage is based on [HP] as well, yet he still seems to be stronger than my best attacker. Currently I have his health near 46,000 so it might just be that the [HP] of the characters must be ridiculously high. I find it to be best to do this with a combination of  immortal sets with primary stats as [HP#] or [HP%} with [HP] substats, of course aquiring them is pretty much luck based with the clan boss so it can take a while. Bringing his [HP] 45,000 allowed him to clear the final level on brutal on his own, ending with max [HP]. To clarify, he did not just nibble away at the bosses health, he was taking out roughly 1/6 or 1/7 of his health bar out with a normal attack. currently I have two out of six useful primary stats from the sets so I guess we'll have to wait and see how high I can get his [HP]. Oh and to confirm the before-mentioned theory of the attack power changing during battle, I find no difference in his damage when he has full health or when he has 1 [HP]. I was able to conduct this through placing an immortal buff on him.

No, it's not meant on how much health you have, it's on the champion's max hp. Skills based on enemies max hp are based on enemies max hp. :)

Well, 30k hp is really low.

45k hp is still low, Sir Nic should have at least 80k. Remember, never use flat hp chests or gloves/boots, same for atk and def, always use % gear, unless they are speed boots. Here there's a guide for artifacts stats.
