Leg gear hasn't been released.

Back at the start, there were a few people that were lucky enough to get 1 or 2 right back in week one(beta) before they turned it off, which I believe they seem to store all those announcements in those channels and they never get cleared, as the beta players use to span through the channels which could explain this.

With that said you might also find other high number channels with the same thing.
