New Mastery Considerations.

In damage wise will be awesome, even in 4 hit attacks would be better than giant slayer as average, BUT

Besides not being of any use in fire knight..

Does the fact that it doesn't count as hit, negate the abbility to heal through lifesteal from it?

Does the clan boss reduces its dmg in same proportion than giant slayer?

Out of interest why do you say it will be better? I could be / probably am using the wrong stat tool but this is what i get using a triple attack hero (eg:athel) as a test

Bosses:

GS:

78.4% chance to proc 2% at least once per atk

35.2% chance to proc 2% more then once per atk

WM: 3x attacker = single attacker

60% chance to proc 4%

So unless the 2 masteries have a different damage cap on CB it is likely GS on triple/quad attacker will still be better. Anyone using double attackers with GS will probably want to look hard at WM though (64% vs 60%).

However, outside of CB things are completely shaken up with both masteries having different benefits. Suffice to say GS isn't necessarily the auto-pick choice after this change. Assuming numbers do'nt change before release ofc.

Because even if it can only happen once per attack, each hit should have prob to trigger it. so multihits have more chance to make that happen.

1hit= 60% 2hit= 84% 3hit= 93,6% 4hit= 97.5%

This is something that has caused a lot of discussion on Discord. It would depend on how WM is calculated. If there is just 1 chance to proc, at 60%. Then it would be better for 1 or 2 hitters. If it has a chance to proc with every hit the it's better for everyone.

Though the Lifesteal/On hit effects is a pretty good question. WM might even be better for CH as she can proc it while using A3 as well.
