Our game designers have worked out things in the way that every player should sooner or later acquire his/her desired Legendary.Explain please? This statement means that there at some point should be 100%(exapmle, open 10 sacred shards and if no legendary then 11th will be 100% legendary) chance to get legendary. Otherwise it's just rng which means some players can play for years and not get legendary.

I'm on day 70 of playing the game. I have 2 legendary and about 35 epics which for the most part are untouched. Yes, I do buy gems, but I spend them only on energy so that I can keep on playing and the amount is minimal. I only pay for gems to get energy! I do not buy packs and such. I have no complaints.
In the most recent double chance I pulled 2 legendaries and 26 epics with 2 sacred and 53 ancient shards. I did MUCH BETTER than average. Part of the problem is that only those who do worse than the average come here and voice their feelings that they have been cheated. I'm here to tell you that "Hey, it's great to be me. It sucks to be you!"
Not trying to be mean, just saying there is nothing wrong with the game and you got the short end of the stick.
I'm dumb founded that void and sacred shards are litterally the same?! Like what in the actual ****??? There's a price variance meaning one should hold higher relavence to the roll but there is zero difference! Something isn't right about this, if that in it self doesn't point to a rigged stingy game, on top of the ridiculously low low chance of either an epic or god forbid what we strive for the all mighty LEG then whats the point of playing imo...Void shards are the only shards that give you void champions. Ancients give you magic, spirit, or force. Void is the most powerful affinity.
Of course they want feedback - positive or negative - how else would they get FREE ideas from people that they can make more $$ from?J.C. of LMC said:

Don't play it" attitude is completely useless, and by the end of the day, developers who respects what they do, and wants to improve, values consumer feedback, wether it be positive or negative. Also, keep in mind, that many people leaving negative feedback, do so because they want to see the game improve.
It will be so good if you could Exchange so many Mystery Shards into a Ancient Shard and so forth. it Will help get rid of loads of Mystery Shards and turn them into better ones.
There is no rhyme or reason to the shards. I watched a friend of mine open 20 ancient shards, 10 at a time and get 3 Legendary and 2 Epics, including Martyr, Valkyrie, and Septimus. It was enough to make me decide to quit the game for a while. I've been playing since the beginning, and I don't have any of them! To add insult to injury, he pulled another Valkyrie the next day, and being a noob, used it as a book on his first one.
