I have the same issue. It's been almost a week now since I have been able to log in. No response from support yet.

Sadly there is no real support. Just uninstall and save yourself the drama that everyone else is experiencing since months ... else ul will spend some money and be even more disappointed.

And if you dont know what im talking about: look through the forum. You ll find ppl complaining about: 

- no support ane no answers from support when contacted

- loss of ressources due to crashes and no compensation

- patch and update delays( we are talking weeks and months)

- low lvl potion drops in high lvl dungeons

- brews and green shard drops in high lvl dungeons

- shady pricing tactics

- stealth increasing of costs without notification, without any reason and no explanation (great hall bonuses)

- void and sacred shards having abyssmal chances to give good heroes although theyre very rare/hard to get to begin with

- way too much rng in the game =》 'casino'

- shitty balanced or useless legendary/ epic heroes

- people getting strangely often duplicates of legs/ epics

- weak legs and epics seemingly have better chances to be drawn from the pool than better ones

- bad communication between devs and players / not listening to people

- shitty events with terribad rewards

- greedy devs

- promised content not being implemented for months

Aaaaaaaand so on and so on ... wow ... the list almost grew by itself while i wrote this post, i didnt even need to think much. Lol ...

Hey! I am sorry that you have a negative overall impression about the game. I would like to say that each and every point has already been communicated to us in one way or another and we are working on improving the game in absolutely all of these fields. Except that RNG can hardly be subject to changes. That is a tricky area and is only controlled by laws of probability. Still, we are improving the responsible algorithms there, too. 

Could you please specify, though, what you are referring to as '- stealth increasing of costs without notification, without any reason and no explanation (great hall bonuses)'? I am not quite sure I got the question quite right.

i think she means the fact, that the upgrade cost in great hall got increased 4x without any info about it ... even at your guides and tutorial post about great hall, you still (after sooo long) have the cheaper costs

Kolva got it right, thats what i mean. The upgrade-costs of the GH bonuses were tripled and there was no communication about it when and why and honestly it is shady and bad for the game.

There were countless postings about it already and the results were quite shocking tbh.

Lets count a bit, making the following assumptions:

We get 39 tokens per day for arena: 

1 per hour = 24 a day

5 + 10: from daylie and for 3hrs of gameplay, makes 39 total

Lets assume we are in gold 4, that makes 4 medals per win

Lets assume we win 80% of those 39 matches.

39x 0.8 = ~32 wins in g4 per day aka 4x 32= 128 tokens.

Lets assume you get those 128 tokens per day.

We have 6 stats and 4 colours (blue red green void), thats 24 total to upgrade.

Lets assume we have every stat @ lvl 1 cuz we had bronze and silver medals won by stepping up the arena tiers.

You need the following amounts of gold medals (gm) to upgrade per bonus:

Lvl 2 - 38 gm

Lvl 3 - 75 gm

Lvl 4 - 200 gm

Lvl 5 - 250 gm

Lvl 6 - 300 gm

Lvl 7 - 700 gm

Lvl 8 - 800 gm

Lvl 9 - 900 gm

Lvl 10 - 1000 gm

1000 + 900 + 800 + 700 + 300 + 250 + 200 + 75 + 38= 4263 GOLD MEDALS just to max out one stat. But hey, we need 24.

24 x 4263 gm = 102.312 gold medals.

Remember when we said we get 128 per day? 

102.312 gm / 128 = 799,3125 days

So, to max out the great hall you will need 32 WINS IN GOLD 4 per day for the next 2 years.

Oh ... you cant get past silver 2/3 because your blue heroes get roflstomped by fully maxed out legendary/ epic teams?

Np, just grind for 4 more years than those who are lucky enough to get to g4 by sheer luck killing those who set a lvl 1 or just 1 hero as their defense ;-) 

Cirilla i know its not your fault but you also know that people are talking about this stuff since months and nothing happens so this must mean that the devs are ignoring those problems. Its nice that you bring them our feedback but what is it worth if they dont listen or take action? but as a player you must feel the same as we do and sad but true but the devs do drive ppl away with their ignorance. If they wouldnt do such cheap shots to the players but instead take the players concerns srs and change the bad things One by one, one at a time even if it was slowly, then people would recognize their good will and efforts.

But their behaviour and actions speak a different language and although the game has big potential, im pretty sure it will die soon if nothing major happens.

If 1.8 doesnt adress at least some of the major problems, i for one wont give the devs another chance and right now i cant recommend the game to ANYBODY.
