Major issues
So I'm having a major problem, support would normally answer any of my requests within 48 hours, some of the answers seemed sub par or just a generic response, but most of the time an issue would be resolved. Now my big problem is I've sent a ticket into them bringing up an issue of not honouring in full a pack I brought and only giving me half of it, but to make matters worse they have breached consumer acts of the purchase of digital products and the fair trading act of purchases of digital products, they will now not reply to my ticket to resolve these issues. I'm hoping this will bring to their attention than serious matters like this shouldn't be ignored. I do enjoy playing this game yet when their support has a serious issue to deal with it gets swept under a rug and they think it'll go away. If you want to leave a negative response then feel free , I'm just letting people know what's happening to alot of us beta players.
