If you haven't already, try restarting the game or switching WiFi (if that's applicable). You could also try refreshing the game cache or reinstalling the game. If all the solutions don't work, submit a ticket to the support team so they can look into your case.

Yeah, because the will help. I submitted a ticket and you guys sent me an email saying not to respond back... And that there's nothing I can I do.
Mine had been sick on authenticating for two days. Why does the internet connection your even matter? One, I'm running on my Verizon wireless service. Two, my brother is having the exact same issue, and he is using a different cell phone provider.
