I've looked, might of missed it if it has already been posted.
How is Bomb dmg calculated? Is it based on your attack stat or is it % dmg like burn and poison? if its based on attack does it negate any defense stat when applying dmg and would stat buffs like %50 attack then affect the bomb dmg in anyway?

It's up to you to go full attack to max your bomb damage or take more balanced aproatch to boost champ regular damage. It depends of the champ, his role and what your priorities are.

Say Harvest Jack apply F/TF and that mastery procs, enemy will have that debuff for two turn. Every turn they have chance to f@ck their abilities, not just the last one, am I right?
