Dracule there is no single answer to this because all dungeon are different, so you would be building your strategy around each differently.
Eg. Spiders den
You want must champions with aoe. Maybe one with cancel heal. You need to choose affinity right to make spiders focus on the champion that you want them to focus.
By my guess:Top right 1, 4
Top left 1 ,3, 4, 5 (4-5 check recommendations if any goodnas I don't have them)
2nd left 2-5
The rest is food.

He basically right, although the spider boss is immune to heal block I believe
