Hello fellow Raider,
Yes there are many great rare champions for that task.
First you may want to check Rocktooth farmable from Felwin's Gate.
I personaloy use Death Knight of the Undead hordes, his reduction goes to 100%

Hi, tried with both but they are low lvl, do i must upgrade them to inflict the buff? In death knight i dont see such skill, did a lot dungeons stage 7 and cant complete the challenge, tks

The challenge says its the Spirit dung level 7. Good luck 👍
