Hello friend, although I feel your pain - because I too want to know exactly what changed - we must understand that the dev team is very busy as it's trying to prepare for a global hard launch. Apologies for the delay with patch notes, it was not intended and, as Melka pointed out, caused by the increased workload in light of the upcoming Update and numerous other features and tweaks that are being worked on. I've posted the changes to Quests in this thread and will update it as soon as I can with more detailed information on the Arena Tokens and how they are going to be granted now.
