I think you did not notice that the boss has a skill to block debuffs.

The "Cursed" set helped me clear said stage, just make sure you hit the Boss first, before she does her thing.

I can't complete this challange.  can do on any other level but always debuff blocked on stage 7 and stage 7 only...... is this a bug?  ive gone through atleast 40 times

Did you report it as a possible bug with a ticket?

Hi Taureck,

in this stage is present the Block Debuff so it's normal he can't place it and maybe he has got a low speed then the Boss so he will never can place a debuff for this reasons.

To place the "heal reduction debuff" just simply wait 2 turns and the "block debuff" she applied at her 1 move expires, that's the trick. It worked for me. Make sure you don't beat her till that. :)
