I would appreciate feedback on this issue. I use Fayne in my UNM CB unkillable team. She is fully booked ( 100% chance to apply her debuffs) has 280+ accuracy (at some point she had 300) and over 100% crit rate. Acording to some charts I found in this forum the required accuracy for applying debuffs in UNM CB is 250. The chance of applying debuffs can not be more than 96%. So, assuming at 250 accuracy the chances are 96% the math is pretty simple: the debuff should be applyed every 24 out of 25 attempts. My Fayne uses her A3 with Decrease Defence and Weaken 15-16 times during the 50 rounds of the buttle. I watched several buttles from beginning till end and out of the 15-16 times she uses her A3 the Decrease Defence debuff is not applyed 3-5 times and Weaken even more often. That is the Decrease Defence is not applyed around 33% of the time and Weaken around 40%. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced the same issue? To me it doesn't look ok.
